Personal information includes, but is not limited to; names, addresses, phone numbers, birthdays, email addresses, health diagnoses, wellness services, credit card, shipping, and billing addresses.

  • Notify clients of updates and contents of our Web page

  • Send promotional/marketing information

  • Confirmation of appointments via email or via text

  • Clients may receive periodic emails or postal mail from us regarding new employees, products, services, or upcoming events

 

The volunteer information provided to us by our clients helps our spa guide or suggest which wellness service would best accommodate the client's health care needs and requests. Unfortunately, all information supplied to our spa is volunteered and without the sufficient detailed information, we are unable to provide great quality of service or process transactions required for purchases and payments. We are not liable for any injuries or other outcomes that may occur if health conditions and health history are not disclosed at the time of service.
